If you are not satisfied with an item(s) it is essential you contact us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. We do request for the items to be unused and in its original packaging.

If you have ordered the wrong size, written the wrong delivery address or made a different mistake with your order.

Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.99.
For next day delivery is £5.99 if ordered before 1pm.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment from Monday to Friday.
In the unlikely event your items is either lost or damaged during post, please contact our customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org
*We will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect address being inserted during check out.
